Student Guidelines for a Smooth Laundry Experience

These simple rules help keep your order flow clear, transparent, and easy to manage from the app.

Feedback and Complaint Window

Feedback and complaints can only be submitted within 48 hours of a successful delivery. Once this window closes, the option will no longer be available. If you are satisfied with your delivery and place a new order, the feedback and complaint option for the previous order will be hidden. You can find the feedback button directly in the Orders section next to the Delivered status.

One Active Order Limit

Students are permitted to have only one active order at a time. You will not be able to place a new order until your current ongoing order has been officially marked as delivered.

Modifying Your Order

Orders cannot be deleted once they are placed, but they can be updated. For your convenience, you can increase or decrease the clothing count to match what is actually in your laundry bag before handing it over to the laundromat. For example, if you initially placed an order for 4 items but decide to send 5, simply click Update Order to add the extra item.

Important Instructions for Students

These guidelines help ensure safe handling, smooth operations, and better laundry results for everyone.

Membership and Usage Rules

  • Your card is not transferable. Sharing it with friends can lead to immediate confiscation and cancellation of your membership.
  • Your personal presence is mandatory during deposit and collection of clothes.
  • One wash cycle is a 6 kg load. Please try to bring a mix of small, medium, and large clothes, including undergarments.
  • Your mobile phone will be required each time for scanning QR codes during laundry delivery of processed bags.
  • Please follow the roster and give clothes only on your designated day and time for smooth operations and on-time delivery.
  • Take care of your card and bag. A fine of Rs. 100 each will be charged for a new card or bag.
  • Report a lost card immediately at the laundromat so it can be blocked.

Clothing and Service Guidelines

  • Do not bring colour-bleeding clothes for washing, as they may spoil other garments. Avoid clothes marked dry-clean only or hand-wash only.
  • Do not bring more than 1 bedsheet in a load of around 6 kg for better wash quality.
  • Do not leave valuables, chewing gum, gutka, chalk, tablets, ink, or pens in your pockets.
  • Do not pick up anyone else's bag or clothes.
  • Do not mix woollen clothes with normal clothes; they should be washed as a separate load.
  • We reserve the right to refuse washing of any clothes.
  • We do not provide dry cleaning, and unused washes cannot be carried forward.

General Information

  • Only valid laundromat members are allowed inside the facility.
  • Delicate items such as handkerchiefs, socks, towels, and undergarments will not be brushed, as this may damage them.
  • Clothes that do not require ironing will not be ironed. Formal and party wear will be ironed, while bedsheets and home wear will receive top-side ironing after folding.
  • Please air out your clothes after collection to avoid moisture build-up.
  • Use the app's feedback feature to raise complaints about unsatisfactory washing.
  • TAT is typically 48 hours, depending on load and the availability of water and electricity.
  • The laundry will remain closed on national holidays and important festivals.
  • Please stay in sync with your membership validity and recharge window timings.

Create & Update Order

Check your Cycle Used on the Home screen, tap New Order, and choose the clothes you need washed from the popup list.

  • Add items directly to your basket.
  • Submit to set your order to Created state.
  • You can update the basket before drop-off.

Drop Off at Laundry Point

Take your laundry bag to the designated QSW point. Show the unique Order QR Code from your app to our agent.

  • The Agent scans it to Accept your bag.
  • Status changes to Pending in your app.
